On Monday, October 24th, from 6:00-7:00 p.m., the elementary PBIS team will be holding the second annual trunk-or-treat in the Junior High Gym. This event is open to K-5 students, as well as their families. We are looking for area businesses, churches, and banks to support the school and community involvement. On Friday, September 16, 2016 the Stewardson Strasburg Illinois History classes traveled to the Cahokia Indian Mounds by Collinsville, Illinois. Students started their day viewing a short movie that described a brief overview of how the Mounds came to be and what may have happened to the people who lived there. Next, students were able to explore the museum section of the Interpretive Center and saw many interesting exhibits . . .
