JH Softball practices will begin on July 24 at Windsor from 9:30 - 11:30. JH Baseball practices will begin on July 31 at Stew-Stras High School from 5:00 - 6:30. Each player must have a valid sports physical and their middle school sports forms turned in before they can practice. Stew-Stras students can fill out these forms online along with registration.
