Microscopes

When a teacher asks another teacher to borrow a microscope for a reading/science tie in, we don’t just stop there, we turn it into a group learning opportunity! 😉

Thank you, Mrs. Koebele, for being willing to lend us a microscope, and taking it a step further and welcoming us into your classroom. Our Kindergarten students had such a great end to the day, looking through the microscope lens and learning from your students. Thank you!

We overhead so many great comments today from our Kinder Kids, and I’m still smiling at the sweet question, “When can we come back?” Along with the comment, “I want to look at the raw meat.”  And I’m also chuckling about your student’s response to the question, “So, do you want to be a Kindergarten teacher now?”  Ahh, the things our students say, no matter their age! ❤️

A big thanks to you and your students for making this a day to remember. Sure do love all the learning opportunities we have for collaborating here at S-S!  I’m so thankful for all of you!
